Jan 2017 - Gundry & Vital Reds Blog: Goal weight loss, more healthy and more energy. Day 1: One scoop of Vital Reds. Planned Meal Plan based on Gundry Phase 1&2 (two weeks) Recorded food intake and exercise in Sparkpeople.com website. Goal 1200-1550 calories, 180 lbs to 150 lbs, 30 to 90 min workout daily. Progress: Little nausish but all good! Have chest cold too. Cheats:honey in tea & cream in coffee, Welches fruit treats. Day 2: Same as day 1, but added in vitamins, turmeric, and Garcinia. Meal list to follow sometime if requested at sharemore@oowee.ca. Progress: A pinch more of Energy - same weight. Day 3: Same as above and for next two weeks or 2 1/2 weeks. Progress: Lost 1 lb. - bit more energy...better sleep. Day 4: Lost another lb. - 178 about the same energy. Still chest cold but nasel is clear.
